Thank you for your purchase of Neo Myalo/New Mind plant and mineral essential oils. We hope you are happy with your purchase and are already enjoying the health inspiring benefits of our formulas. Your contribution to our collective health is very much appreciated!

Due to the personal-product nature of our blends, we are unable to issue refunds for opened bottles of oils. We encourage you to fully review the ingredient list and posted safety guidelines prior to purchase to avoid potential contraindications of use of our product. However, if you wish to return fully sealed bottles after discovery of a sensitivity, you may return it to us for a full refund or in exchange for another oil formula of equal value. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in be in new and unused condition, with bottle seal intact.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at [email protected] to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase and the return form provided, and mail your return the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. Return shipping charges will be paid or reimbursed by us

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least 14 days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

EXCEPTIONS

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: any opened bottle of oil.

● A 10% restocking fee will be charged for all returns in excess of $200.00
● Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
● Returns must be packaged in original packaging to be considered eligible for return.
