30-Second Lymph Flow Application Ritual

Step-by-Step Ritual:

1. Start with a parasympathetic sigh
   - Take a deep breath in through your nose, another short, sharp inhale, then release a long sigh through your mouth to signal relaxation.

2. Neck (Cervical Lymph Nodes) 
   - Apply Lymph Flow: Use a small amount on your fingertips.  
   - Technique: Stroke gently downwards from the jawline to the collarbone with light pressure for (3 strokes each side)

3. Armpits (Axillary Lymph Nodes)
   -  Apply Lymph Flow: Use a small amount on your fingertips.  
   - Technique: Massage the armpits in circular motions, then sweep down toward your chest (3 circles and sweeps each side)

4. Groin (Inguinal Lymph Nodes) 
   - Apply Lymph Flow: Use a small amount on your fingertips.  
   - Technique: Gently massage the groin area in circular motions, gliding down toward the inner thigh for (3 circles and sweeps each side)

Final Step:
- End with a parasympathetic sigh 
   - Take another deep breath in, a short, sharp inhale, and release a long sigh through your mouth to deepen the sense of calm and completion.

5-Minute Lymph Flow Massage 

Preparation:
1. Gather Materials: Have your Lymph Flow ready.
2. Create a Comfortable Space: Find a quiet area to sit or lie down.

Step-by-Step Routine:

1. Neck (Cervical Lymph Nodes) - 1 minute
- Apply Lymph Flow: Use a small amount on your fingertips.
- Technique: Stroke downwards from your jawline to your collarbone with gentle pressure.
- Breathing:  Inhale deeply through your nose as you stroke down, then exhale slowly through your mouth. Repeat for 1 minute.

2. Armpit (Axillary Lymph Nodes) - 1 minute
- Apply Lymph Flow: Use a small amount on your fingertips.
- Technique: Massage the armpit area with circular motions, then sweep down towards your chest.
- Breathing: Inhale deeply as you apply pressure, then exhale slowly as you release. Continue for 1 minute.

3. Groin (Inguinal Lymph Nodes) - 1 minute
- Apply Lymph Flow: Use a small amount on your fingertips.
- Technique: Gently massage the groin area in circular motions, gliding down toward the inner thigh.
- Breathing: Inhale deeply while you massage, and exhale fully as you transition between motions. Focus on this for 1 minute.

 4. Chest (Thoracic and Mediastinal Lymph Nodes) - 1 minute
- Apply Lymph Flow: Use a small amount on your fingertips.
- Technique: Stroke down from the center of your chest towards your armpits, then back up.
- Breathing: Inhale as you move down, and exhale as you come back up. Repeat for 1 minute.

5. Abdomen (Para-aortic, Peri-aortic, and Mesenteric Lymph Nodes) - 1 minute
- Apply Lymph Flow: Use a small amount on your fingertips.
- Technique: Massage in circular motions, starting from the right side of your abdomen, moving around to the left.
